A Warehouse Worker will receive inventory into the Warehouse, pull stock for Manufacturing, count parts for inventory audits and operating a forklift.
Key Responsibilities
• Pull orders for Manufacturing
• Receives goods and verifies the quality and count of all items
• Carefully and accurately maintains shipping records
• Maintains database of shipment data
• Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed
• Transports materials with a hand truck or other vehicle as needed
• Operates forklift truck as needed
• Performs other related duties as directed
• Keeping the workstations orderly and storing & maintaining the tools, parts, test equipment and documentation etc.
Key Requirements
• Forklift experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
• Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining and organized warehouse
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory

Physical Requirements
• Ability to maintain prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time, as many items are cumbersome and heavy.
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
