70% FTE. We offer a competitive starting pay, relevant work experience will be considered, this position also includes a shift/weekend differential. This position is primarily on-site. You will work at Science Drive Medical Center in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:


  • Practice closely with the Pediatric Orthopedic team to help care for patients with fractures, spina bifida, club foot, spinal fusions, and more.
  • Provide evidence based, high quality nursing care for patients via telephone and MyChart.
  • Assist with care coordination and clinic procedures such as wound care, incision checks, pre-op appointments, pin pulls, etc..
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team for consistent and positive patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and families.
  • Utilize evidence and science to guide practice.

Education :

Minimum - Graduate of school of nursing

Preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Work Experience :

Minimum - Six (6) months of RN experience

Preferred - Relevant RN experience

Certifications :

Minimum - Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact. CPR/BLS Certification

Preferred - Applicable clinical certification
