This is a part-time, FTE .60, 1st shift position. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Rotating weekend on call responsibilities. Hours may vary based on department needs.

We are seeking an Autopsy Technician:


  • Assist with autopsies.
  • Organize and catalogue forensic and medical autopsy tissue.
  • Prepare and check for completeness of all required documentation.
  • Provide oversight of QA monitoring and case accessioning.

Education :

Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Associates Degree in applied Science or Mortuary Science

Work Experience :

Minimum - No related work experience required.

Preferred - One year serving as a Licensed Funeral Director
