Our recruiting firm is partnering with a Financial Solutions provider in Delray Beach, to find them a Senior Staff Accountant initially to support a confidential project.
This is a temporary to permanent role due to company projects and growth.
The ideal hourly rate for this position is between $38-$55 per hour, but there is room to negotiate based on candidate qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy
Balance sheet reconciliations and meet deadlines
Support and process payroll including garnishments, commissions and leaves
Manage daily cash balances and reports
Support month-end, year-end close and audit process
Collaborate with HR, Sales and Operations teams effectively
Qualifications:
5+ years of Accounting experience
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) required
Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance or Business highly preferred)
Experience with ERP
Commute comfortably to office in Delray Beach
