Our client, a privately-owned manufacturing company, in the Bowie, MD area is looking to hire a hardworking and organized Customer Service Lead to immediately join their team! Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a team environment, able to maintain composure in a variety of settings, and previous experience with CRM database. Location: Bowie, MD



Schedule: Monday-Friday



Pay: $21-$23/hourly



Duties and Responsibilities

• Enter customer and order data into computer system.


• Maintain organization of all materials to contribute to supply chain success.


• Accurately pull and package stock according to invoices.


• Communicate effectively with all team members to guarantee deadlines are met.


• Abide by all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent time management skills.


• Previous leadership/management experience.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
