Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $19-$23/hourly based on experience
Responsibilities:
Provide essential administrative support, managing office tasks with precision.
Act as a point of contact for visitors and calls, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
Maintain organized records, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Support various departments with data entry, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
