Manufacturing Customer Service Representative Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Provide information about products and services to customers.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Assist in developing customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
