Responsibilities

  • Spearhead comprehensive end-to-end implementation of eCommerce products and services for major clients such as Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Albertsons, and Walmart.
  • Execute SEO strategies to enhance and boost visibility and performance.
  • Oversee and manage the critical implementation request queue.
  • Develop and maintain impactful content and campaign pages.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews pre- and post-launch to ensure excellence.
  • Execute rigorous product and site testing for optimal performance.
  • Coordinate new partner activities, ensuring seamless integration with team members.
  • Develop and Launch White Label eCommerce websites.
  • Perform expert troubleshooting to diagnose, define, and resolve platform issues.
  • Maintain and enrich a shared knowledge library of best practices for the platform.
  • Lead partners by providing expert guidance on best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high standards.
  • Manage multiple eCommerce applications with precision and efficiency.


Qualifications



  • Demonstrated ability to learn, innovate, and drive the evolution of B2C and B2B eCommerce implementations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions.
  • Robust technical background in eCommerce software.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Magento, as well as other relevant eCommerce software and tools.
  • Proven capability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative team environments.
  • Demonstrates a keen curiosity, proactively seeking to understand and improve.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, driving projects to successful completion.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in managing a queue or similar tasks is a valuable asset.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing efficient processes.
