Job Description:

ERM is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Marketing Specialist to provide high-quality marketing and project support in North America. This role will involve supporting various areas, including event marketing (webinars conferences, and proprietary events), content marketing, digital marketing, sponsorships, CRM management, program administration and other market-positioning activities. RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Deliver strategic events, including event management logistics - critical path development, content development, mailing list management/creation, invitation development and distribution, registration management, ROI metrics, event follow-up, day-of execution, and other related event support activities.


  • Work closely with our technical staff to create quality content for a variety of services and sectors.


  • Support commercial teams by preparing strategic materials, coordinate graphics and help refine key messages.


  • Demonstrate proficiency in PowerPoint design to create visually compelling presentations aligned with ERM brand guidelines.


  • Track, monitor, and evaluate marketing ROI for activities and campaigns.


  • Responsible for regular and ad hoc status, reporting, and support for marketing projects, events, and campaigns.


  • Support and manage other assigned regional marketing projects from conception to execution as required.


  • Demonstrate self-initiative, agility, positive team attitude, technical quality and creativity, and ability to successfully juggle multiple deadline-driven initiatives and other tasks.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Graphic Design or related field from an accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent.


  • 3+ years of experience, of which a minimum of a year’s experience within a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment. 


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).


  • Experience and comfort working in an office environment with local colleagues as well as with remote teams.


  • Regular in-office presence expected: The candidate should be available to work from the local office a minimum 3 days per week.


  • Ability to work independently to manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.


  • Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional time-management and organizational skills.


  • Some travel may be required.
