Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Accurate data entry of quotes and orders in accordance with cut off and other time constraints

  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Maintain broad knowledge of clients, glass products and services of the organization

  • Coordinate with production to meet customer deadlines

  • Assist with expediting orders and communications with the production floor

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and maintaining a positive, empathic, and professional attitude towards customers always.

  • Various other team functions on a rotating basis


Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements



  • 1+ years of Data Entry/CSR experience

  • AS400 experience a plus

  • Computer experience and accuracy in numeric typing, required

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment to meet required deadlines and remain highly organized.

  • Should be able to read and perform mathematical calculations, and write measurements in number fractions

  • Ability to read, interpret, and understand drawings and specifications

  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving skills, Excellent written communication required, Strategic thinker

  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
