Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator




Location: Bakersfield, CA




Responsibilities:

• Register and pre-register patients
  
  

• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorizations
  
  

• Confirm patient demographics
  
  

• Collect co-pay, co-insurance, and deductibles
  
  

• Provide excellent customer service
  
  

Qualifications:

• Typing speed of 45 words per minute (10-key by touch)
  
  

• Knowledge of insurance for all payers (HMO, PPO, government)
  
  

• Proficiency in Excel and other computer skills
  
  

• Strong customer service skills
  
  

• High school diploma or GED
  
  

Contract Details:

• Long-term assignment
  
  

• 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
  
  

• Day and evening shifts available
