In your role as a Salesforce Platform Engineer role, you can expect to:
Drive design, engineering, implementation, and configuration of platform services to support overall enterprise patterns, reinforcing best practices
Develop patterns for common platform needs (Logging, monitoring, alerting, backup, encryption, tooling, etc) across all layers of the platform and supporting services
Deliver explicit APIs and abstractions that offer flexibility for application developers in leveraging the platform
Work with business and technology partners to identify, define, interpret, and clarify the scope of the Salesforce platform integrations
Partner with Information Security representatives to develop, implement and/or execute security configurations and controls
To apply for this Salesforce Platform Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
Experience delivering Salesforce solutions from design to production
Experience in the CRM, Customer Support, Sales and Marketing domain - Experience with the overall Salesforce platform and working knowledge of Salesforce integration approaches
Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party solutions
Experience engineering solutions across a heterogenous datacenter, cloud, and SaaS environments
Experience with change management systems and processes
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) highly desired
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 plus years of direct work-related experience
