The High Associates Construction Services team is seeking a Project Superintendent to perform all activities related to comprehensive interior and exterior renovations of our commercial buildings. Reporting to the Manager of Construction Services, the Project Superintendent is responsible for coordinating and supervising High Associates personnel, subcontractors, and temporary co-workers on assigned projects; ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest quality.

This position will be based out of Greenfield in Lancaster, PA with some travel to Coatesville and Mechanicsburg areas (company vehicle provided).

Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:


  • Works independently and as part of a team to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Schedules work for all High Associates co-workers and temporaries. Coordinates subcontractors and suppliers on the job so that the projects are completed in accordance with the project schedule.

  • Enforces all safety and hazardous communication programs on each project site.

  • Controls and reviews associated field costs though a thorough understanding of the project estimate.

  • Maintains all company equipment and tools utilized for assigned projects and reports damage.

  • Maintains appropriate documentation such as daily construction reports, two-week schedules, and job site administration checklist.

Important Areas of Expertise: 


  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Valid PA Driver's License required.

  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience required.

  • Software skills and knowledge preferred: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MRI

  • Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal relationship abilities.

  • The ability to multitask and remain highly organized are a must.

  • Willing and able to work alongside their team on a daily basis.
