Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
Assisting with annual audit preparations.
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
Contributing to the development of accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Performing other accounting duties as required or assigned.
Organize and update financial records.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations; month-end closing.
Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and general ledger maintenance.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Department.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
ERP experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Dynamics experience, a plus.
