Job Summary | The Department of Athletic Training and Clinical Nutrition (ATCN) in the University of Kentucky’s College of Health Sciences (CHS) is currently accepting applications for a full-time 12-month Clinical Title Series (non-tenure eligible) faculty member to begin employment on July 1, 2024. Primary duties for this position are to provide didactic instruction using on-line methods, as well as advising to students in the Master of Sciences in Nutritional Sciences (MSNS) program, and to provide direct patient care services at UK Healthcare (UKHC). The specific teaching assignment in the Clinical Nutrition emphasis area in the MSNS program will be based on curriculum needs, and the clinical assignment will be based on individual practice expertise and needs within UKHC. The anticipated effort for this position is Clinical Service/Patient Care 50%, Instruction 40-45%, Research/Scholarship 1-6%, Professional Development 2-4% and will be considered based on an annual agreement. The Chair of ATCN will provide the direct supervision with input from the Clinical Nutrition emphasis area coordinator in ATCN and the Director of the Clinical Nutrition Department in UKHC.Required Qualifications:
