Job Summary | The University of Kentucky College of Medicine is committed to promoting a culture of organizational well-being, and cultivating a psychologically safe environment for the faculty, staff, trainees, and learners in the college. This position will be located in the Office for Organizational Well-Being and will report to the Assistant Dean, Director of Organizational Well-Being. The major functions of the Organizational Development Specialist are to 1) manage and implement organizational well-being initiatives within clinical departments, research departments, the Office of Medical Education and Graduate Medical Education, 2) facilitate group coaching, individual coaching, and other development opportunities that enhance emotional intelligence and interpersonal/interprofessional growth The Organizational Development Specialist should be prepared to engage and contribute to the college’s mission, vision, and values to foster an environment that is supportive of all faculty, residents, fellows, and learners. |
