Physical Requirements Repetitive motions typical of desk work: sitting/bending/typing/twisting; prolonged exposure to computer screen. Lifting/pushing/pulling objects up to 25lbs.
Shift Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; and some evenings and weekends on an as needed basis.

To assist in actualizing our mission, the CoSW is seeking candidates for the position of Academic Project Manager (College Project Manager Senior). This position works in concert with senior college administrators, faculty, staff, and internal and external partners to develop, conceptualize, implement, and oversee projects, programs, and initiatives related to CoSW’s academic infrastructure.

This position is responsible for the management and oversight of the daily activities to conceptualize, implement, and continually improve programs and projects related to CoSW’s academic infrastructure. Further, this position is charged with ensuring program and strategic plan goals and objectives are met, while conceptualizing innovative ways to ensure success. The Academic Project Manager is also responsible for the analysis of effectiveness and efficiencies related to programmatic outcomes as well as establishing functional policies and procedures. The position provides supervision and direction to other staff as well as serves as a liaison between the Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Program Directors, CoSW Administration, and internal and external partners.

The successful candidate for this position will be knowledgeable about academic program development and administration, and have the ability to work collaboratively with multiple and various partners.
