Job Summary | The Research Compliance Manager will develop, regularly assess and oversee the Corporate Compliance plan related to clinical research to ensure compliance with significant laws and regulations, including the False Claims Act and HIPAA. This role will serve as the primary contact in the Office of Corporate Compliance for all corporate compliance issues and concerns related to clinical research, partnering with other UK/UK HealthCare stakeholders to promote corporate compliance in the area of clinical research. The Research Compliance Manager will be responsible for preparing and executing an annual corporate compliance risk assessment and work plan related to clinical research, ensuring effectiveness of compliance activity with quality processes, documentation, and data in accordance with the guidance for effective compliance programs issued by the HHS Office of Inspector General and the U.S. Department of Justice. This is a hybrid position. |
