Toolroom Cell Lead Position Summary
The Cell Lead I will coordinate, monitor, and lead the activities of a cellular work team in support of assigned goals and objectives in a manufacturing environment, working with a variety of production machinery and equipment.
1st Shift - Monday- Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm
Responsibilities
Tool Room Duties and Responsibilities
Lvl 3 CNC Machinst is prefered. Milling and turning
Knowledge of Materials: Stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, and other matals and how they apply in fixtures
Strong computer skills: Solidworks, Exel, Autocad, Word, CAD-CAM.
Cell Lead Duties and Responsibilities
Continuous and efficient production, coordinating employees, equipment, and materials/supplies
Communication of production issues, schedule and priorities within and between teams
Timely and quality completion of orders
Ensure employee compliance with schedules, policy, and procedures
Operating condition of machinery and equipment- including CNC Machines
On-the-job training and work instructions
Liaison with/represent the team to the rest of the organization
Completes all other work related duties as assigned
Provide employees with goals, performance initiatives and areas of accountability that are directly aligned with the goals of rms Company.
Train and develop personnel. Hire, manage work hours, vacation requests, review performance, discipline, terminate, make compensation changes, and ensure compliance of personnel to corporate personnel policies.

Qualifications
Cell Lead Position Requirements, Education, and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of manufacturing experience
Knowledge of manufacturing machinery, equipment, and processes
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
Ability to manage relationships and team facilitation
Strong attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
Ability to take direction from and give input to the next level leader
Ability to collaborate and assist team members
Ability to cross train in other areas of production when required
Desirable Criteria & Qualifications:
Business/technical degree
Supervisory experience
Medical manufacturing experience
Familiar with ISO and FDA requirements
Certifications in a related field
