This position starts at $22.85/hr. with a shift increase for second and third shift and potential for overtime. We have open positions for first shift.

Job Description:
Responsible for setting up equipment in preparation for startup.
MOP area to ensure no condensation.
Breakdown grinders at lunch and/or end of shift
Communicate effectively with Air Panel operators to ensure proper flow.
Communicate with KP operators and Douglas to ensure proper date and product changes. Document necessary information.
During over-lap hours assist KP operators with rework process - cover for breaks and lunch.
Monitor production area for trash and debris on floor.
Clean up and break down at end of shift - communicate to Douglas the last product has entered the chillers. Record said time.
Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor and/or Manager.
Requirements:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours.
Must be willing to pinch/grip product and place into specified location.
Must be able to perform the following task for periods of time on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to bending, twisting, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting.
1 person required for tub weighing 0 - 49 lb.; 2 people required for 50 - 100 lb. tub.
All employees are responsible for upholding the principals of SQF 2000.
Ability to communicate effectively with company employees and all levels of management.
Familiar with the safe operation of production line conveyor equipment.
Must have at least 3 months previous work experience with a single employer within the last 18 months. Location not accepting rehires.
