We are seeking two experienced designers, familiar with electrical drafting tools such as AutoCAD electrical and ePlan, to join our growing team for immediate openings.
Newly hired employees will be required to work in office for the first 12 months of employment.
Desired Skills & Experience
A Bachelor's degree is not required, but verifiable technical training, preferably from vocational schools or programs rather than self-guided, is strongly preferred.
Industry experience of 5+ years. Automation or Controls drafting, and design experience preferred.
AutoCAD Electrical training, familiarity, and experience is a must. You will be expected from day 1 to be able to operate in this toolset to produce project deliverables for low voltage PLC control panels, under the direction of engineering guidance.
Preferred experience with ePlan design software.
Clear communication, both verbal and written is mandatory
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organization habits, consistent follow through
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Process control and/or automation experience is preferred
