A boutique real-estate and community association law firm, is looking for a transactional attorney to join its real estate and development team.
Responsibilities:
Handle matters related to commercial transactions
Preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, easements and similar real property agreements.
Review and resolution of title and survey issues.
Draft restrictive covenants for single family, townhome, mixed-use, master planned and condominium projects
Draft other agreements related to the operation and management of mandatory membership owners associations
Assist clients with all aspects of operating these owners associations during the development and sales process.
May assist with other projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Must be licensed in the State of Georgia
1-3 years of experience
Experience with commercial real estate transactions highly preferred.
