Adams & Martin Group is working with a full-service defense firm in the heart of San Diego seeking a Paralegal to join their Insurance Defense practice team.


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree/Paralegal Certificate and at least 3 years working defense-side cases within a law firm. This person will work on mutliple cases for associate and partner-level attorneys, assisting with document organization and production, discovery, depo summaries, and witness preparation. Familiartiy with document management software and drafting legal documents is highly preferred.


The firm values team collaboration and those seeking a home to stay and advance within. Firm operates on a 7.5 hour workday, with the possibility of working 1 day/week from home once settled into the firm. Firm offers excellent benefits and room for growth with tenure.
