About the Team

Passionate about Analyst Relations? Interested in joining a global team of seasoned Analyst Relations professionals who focus on ensuring global analyst and market influencers fairly and accurately represent Workday? We are looking for a relationship minded, detail-oriented person to join our team.

We're a team passionate about driving positive engagements and delivering highly visible coverage for Workday. About the Role


  • You will develop and execute analyst engagement plans that support our business objectives and the Analyst Relations team mission. You will be a key partner to your direct manager, your Analyst Relations teammates, senior product and technology leaders, and corporate communications


  • Execute on Analyst Relations engagement strategies and achieve the highest rankings in market research reports.


  • Partner with product marketing, product management, customer advocacy, corporate communications and marketing to successfully tell bold stories and communicate Workday's differentiated value propositions.


  • Support Communications and Marketing initiatives, including: customer success narratives; public relations; trade show and conferences; partner strategy; and Workday Ventures.


  • Using analyst research, and other market data insights, provide Workday leaders with quarterly global market analysis and business insights.


  • Provide Workday leaders access to the best advice and research across the global Analyst and Influencer community helping to validate and shape technology and product roadmap strategies.


  • In close collaboration with peers from executive communications and product marketing successfully execute on-site strategies for Workday's annual Innovation Summit and Rising events


About You

Basic Qualifications


  • Passion for solving challenges with 7+ years of ERP software preferred, Analyst Relations experiences.


  • Proven ability to collaborate with and lead global cross-functional teams while fostering trusted working relationships.


  • Strong influencer and project management skills. Able to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and ever changing environment.


  • Ability to accommodate moderate business travel (up to 25%)

  • Must love to work in a collaborative, fast paced environment and continuously build a positive team spirit.


  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to a wide range of audiences.


  • Direct communication skills; comfortable giving constructive feedback to Workday senior leaders and holding analysts and market influencers accountable for accurate and factual coverage.


  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a natural inclination for both strategy setting and tactical execution.



Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $132,200 USD - $198,300 USD


Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $110,800 USD - $198,300 USD
