Our in-house agency is currently looking for an experienced Visual Designer who will help create innovative designs forMathWorks' Trade Shows, EXPOs, Conferences, and other Marketing Communication materials.
Develop strategically driven, brand focused, visual design solutions for North American and International Trade Shows, EXPOs, Conferences, Research Conferences, Advisory Boards, etc.
Work on an Agile team to coordinate strategic planning and execute on deliverables that support events
Collaborate with the creative director and visual design team to build a strong brand identity for MathWorks
Educate third party vendors on the use of event deliverables and review the assets they produce.
Translate business partner needs into smart, measurable creative strategies that differentiates MathWorks and enhances the customer experience
Build strong, collaborative business partnerships with key clients, colleagues, and vendors across the globe.
Establish design languages across events that reinforce the MathWorks brand
Create associated templates and guidelines for online and offline deliverables
Understand and utilize brand standards, project tracking applications, and digital asset management systems
Manage projects from start to finish
Have a strong awareness of design trends and innovations in related fields and continually consider how they influence our work
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe creative suite and Microsoft Office products
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Comfortable working directly with business owners
Minimum of five years' experience in design
Events and experiential design capabilities are a big plus
Experience working with brand guidelines and specifications
Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
