Job Description:

SUMMARY


The Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) is responsible for partnering with management to anticipate and meet the company's evolving hiring needs and assist with delivering the best talent to the organization. The TA Partner establishes best practices, leverages social media, manages recruiting vendor contracts, and drives state-of-the-art recruiting techniques and processes to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


* Promptly manages the full-cycle recruiting for all hourly and salaried personnel, interns, and temporary employees for an assigned group or region.
* Maintains the applicant tracking system (ADP Recruiting Manager) and completes the onboarding of new hires into ADP Vantage.
* Collaborates with hiring managers to determine requirements for the position and qualities of an ideal candidate.
* Schedules meetings with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
* Lead employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events.
* Develops and supports professional relationships with community and state colleges and universities placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.
* Promptly drafts offer of employment letters.
* Develop solid relationships and partners with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
* Actively takes part in all staffing-related activities and engages in cross-functional projects.
* Coordinates with onsite and offsite HR and IT departments to onboard employees.
* Ensures compliance with Affirmative Action Plan requirements and implements recruiting strategies.
* Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in talent attraction.
* Executes tactical outreach, referral generation, and pipelining efforts.
* Other duties as required in support of the department and the company.

This role is purely as an individual contributor.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE


* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* An associate or bachelor's degree or certificate in human resources, business, or related subject or equivalent experience is preferred.
* 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience on a local and national basis is required.
* 2+ years working within a human resources department.
* Experience utilizing ADP Recruiting Manager or other Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.


* SharePoint experience preferred.
* Background in manufacturing is a plus.


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS


* SHRM SPHR/PHR certification or obtaining certification within one year of employment is highly desired.


LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Conversational in any other language is a plus.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Proficient in the use of the Internet.
* Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
* Self-starter with the ability to recruit in a high-volume and professional-level position.
* Working knowledge of recruiting and candidate searches on social media, e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
* Must be able to explore new and creative options to attract qualified candidates.
* Ability to speak and present effectively in front of groups of people.
* Strong reporting and metrics tracking skills required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS


As part of their job duties, the employee must sit for lengthy periods while operating a computer. They frequently use their hands to type, handle objects, and communicate verbally. Additionally, they may need to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift objects weighing up to twenty (20) pounds. This role requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching overhead, reaching at or below shoulder level, and keyboarding. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS


* ASTM F-2412-2005, ANSI Z41-1999, or ANSI Z41-1991 rated safety toe shoes in specific areas.
* Clear ANSI Z87.1 safety-rated glasses in specific areas.
* Hearing protection in specific locations.
* Ability to compile with JSA in specific areas.


SALARY INFORMATION


According to several states' laws, this position's salary range falls between $70,000 and $85,000 hourly/annually. However, this salary information is merely a general guideline. When extending an offer, Carlisle Interconnect Technologies considers various factors such as the position's responsibilities, scope of work, candidate's work experience, education/training, essential skills, internal pay equity, and market considerations.
