Job Description:

Falls of Neuse Management LLC(FNMLLC) provides shared support services for American Welding & Gas, Inc. (AWG) and National Coatings & Supplies, Inc. (NCS) from our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC.


With operations based in multiple locations throughout the United States, AWG manufactures and distributes welding supplies and NCS distributes automotive industrial coatings.



Position Overview:



The Financial Systems Support Analyst provides technical services and support for multiple software applications critical to the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. This position will function as a subject matter expert and systems administrator for the ERP system and its interfaces. Primary responsibilities include responding to user requests, troubleshooting system issues, researching, updating data, running queries, and other assigned related tasks.


This is a full-time, in the office position, located in Raleigh, NC, reporting to the Financial Systems Manager. Hiring salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 per year.



Day to Day Tasks Supporting the Accounting Department:





  • Provide onsite support and respond to questions for the ERP system and its interfaces.

  • Resolve help desk support requests.

  • Update document approvers within the Accounts Payable automation application.

  • Manage user access (addition, removal, password resets).

  • Add and update chart of account information.

  • Update mapping of financial reports through tree dimension hierarchy structures.

  • Gather and analyze data to diagnose problems related to system functions and processes.

  • Provide support and maintenance for Excel spreadsheet templates utilized by the accounting department.

  • Update team technical documentation.

  • Engage in system testing as needed and document testing progress.

  • Aptitude to independently discover and solve complex problems and be a team player.

  • Continuously improve troubleshooting skills and knowledge on supported applications.

  • Other duties as assigned.




Skills and Knowledge:





  • Capable of learning new content areas and new skills quickly.

  • Experience providing technical support to end users.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative.

  • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, filters, data validation, data manipulation, macros).

  • Basic working knowledge of SQL for running predefined queries (SELECT statements, WHERE clauses, AND/OR operators).

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

  • Aptitude to independently discover and solve complex problems and be a team player.




Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:





  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, information technology, computer science, or other related field and one (1) year of experience with equivalent Help Desk or Application Support role, or

  • Associate degree in business, accounting, information technology, computer science, or other related field and two (2) years of related experience, or

  • High school diploma or GED and four (4) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
