We're looking for a Marketing Manager for our ATTR department in Wilmington. Accountabilities:


As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of promotional efforts and content development. You will work across multiple disciplines while partnering effectively with key stakeholders including Medical, Corporate Affairs, Insights & Regional Customer Teams. Your role will involve leading the development and tactical execution of brand messaging integration, collaborating with the Brand Associate Directors, and working closely with Global Commercial Operations. You will also be responsible for identifying and summarizing insights and contributing to marketing strategies.


Essential Skills/Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences


  • Minimum 3 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry, or relevant professional experience OR minimum 2 years of Marketing or Promotions experience and 1 year of Pharmaceutical commercial experience including Sales or Marketing, or Market Access




Desirable Skills/Experience:


  • Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science


  • Prior HCP marketing experience


  • In-depth understanding of local healthcare system pricing and reimbursement


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


  • Ability to clearly communicate brand vision with passion and authenticity to marketing and cross-functional teams


  • Demonstrated ability to lead without authority


  • Ability to manage complex projects


  • Comfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industry
