Ecore is looking for a Material Logistics Supervisor to join our York, PA team!

As the Material Logistics Supervisor, you will manage material flow, ensure safety, and supervise daily operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management and manufacturing personnel to prioritize departmental tasks and improve processes.
• Manage systems (Epicor, Teams) to ensure material flow and efficient use of docks and rod pad.
• Set team priorities and distribute workloads for transportation personnel.
• Coordinate with various departments and suppliers to ensure smooth material flow.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed; conduct safety training and regular communication meetings.
• Supervise daily employee performance, provide leadership and training, handle disciplinary issues, manage scheduling, and approve hours.
• Update and publish daily yard and material inventory information.
• Coordinate incoming supplier quality programs and track sustainability initiatives.
• Order materials and supplies for the department.

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 3+ years in a Team Lead or Assistant Supervisor role, preferably in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of Transportation experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
• Proven leadership skills in delegation, time management, and employee development.
• Excellent communication skills for problem-solving and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives (preferred).
