JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to support our USA Operations. This position will be a key member of our Transactional Services Team by performing daily monitoring and supervising of accounts receivable and accounts payable teams. Provide day to day management of the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams – motivating and leading the team.  Ad-hoc duties to support the business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development of processes and efficiencies 5%


• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customer sales, as well as processing and payment of vendor invoices 20%


• Provide support in the escalation of vendor and invoicing inquiries 10%


• Assist in the investigation of payment, receiving and invoicing issues 15%


• Regular monitoring of invoicing and inventory system variances and processing corrections 20%


• Provide month end financial information to assist with the financial close 5%


• Ensure the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams are replying to all queries in a timely manner and all queries are dealt with correctly and efficiently 15%


• Assist in providing external auditors information as requested 5%


• Assist other team members to complete corporate projects/assignments 5%
   

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Finance/Business/Accounting preferred or equivalent experience in accounting


• 3-5 years of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables, ideally a combination of both


• Excellent computer skills


• Experience with 1099 processing

• Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of our global organization

• Demonstrated ability to foster team work

Compensation

• $75,000
