Job Description:
The Marketing Specialist Co-Op (college student in Bachelor's Program) will work closely with the Digital Marketing Strategist to support our digital and traditional marketing efforts and programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Google Ads
Weekly checkups on Ad health and monitoring performance
Updating ad text and uploading media on google
SEO
Updates to Title Tags and Meta Descriptions
Weekly monitoring of keyword rankings
Regular edits to schema markups
Email campaigns and support through Marketing Automation Tool
Compiling emails/supporting pre and post tradeshow and email campaigns
Reporting
Send monthly analytics and Ad dashboards
Runs monthly metrics reports and analyzes information to track effectiveness of social media efforts / Analyze and track competitor programs / Researches and suggests other beneficial mediums to try
Monitor page performance
Understand SEMRush - attend meetings with team and help with potential updates as needed
Supports social media, blog, internal and external newsletters, ad campaigns, etc; gathers the materials necessary to understand the purpose and audience; analyzes results to determine the most effective communications
Market research: Analyze opportunities for marketing safety products to non-traditional groups. Analyze threats to hoist product line
Runs monthly metrics reports and analyzes information to track effectiveness of social media efforts / Analyzes and tracks competitor programs / Researches and suggests other beneficial mediums to try
Works with Content Creation Specialist to write/update and edit case studies for use on MHI portal
Technical writing support - help team in updating installation manuals and other technical pieces, transferring Word files to InDesign files
CMS system support - working with Web Developer on updating website content
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
College Student working towards a Bachelor's Degree
Google Ad Words/Analytics/Tag Manager
Office 365
Experience with Marketing Automation Tools
Experience with Content Management Systems
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to perform essential duties

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Gorbel, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $20/hr
