Job Title:Shift Lead
Wage Family: $18
Employee Type:Hourly Non-Exempt
The Shift Lead supervises the operations in the absence of a manager. They will assign duties to team members and readily help any workstation during the shift.
Responsibilities:
Regular and predictable attendanceMonitor team performance and ensure duties are performed efficientlyReport any issues that arise during the shift to managementManage employee requests and transgressions during the shiftEnsure compliance with company and government policies, health, and safety standardsCoach team members and train new staffOpen and close registers, accounting for the daily intake, and prepare cash depositsHandle customer issues and employee disputesRing up special discountsSupport back of house staff with inventory, labeling, and other dutiesOther duties as assigned

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and organizational skillsConfident problem-solverTeam playerMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have or be able to obtain a Marijuana Worker PermitMust have or be able to obtain a Food Handler's Card
