JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for evaluation and optimization of water treatment processes. Includes assisting with day to day operations, testing and documentation. Develops procedures for all day to day water treatment operations including water quality testing. Reviews all day to day water quality testing results for regulatory compliance, and coordinates communication about water treatment processes as necessary within Goulston . Includes engineering and project management duties as required to improve water treatment processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the optimization of water treatment processes. Lead investigations into water treatment performance issues both for equipment and water quality issues Lead continuous improvement efforts for water treatment processes Develop and lead training for operators in both theory and practical applications for water treatment processes. Supports day to day operations by assisting operators as needed including testing and documentation. Coordinates design and installation of both new process equipment and modifications to existing processes. Selection of corporate vendors/contractors and bid preparation for process and project work. Maintenance of documentation and engineered drawings of water treatment processes and equipment in support of projects and quality incidents. Development of project schedules and timelines for project management. Performs other duties as assigned.
