Meet the team:



  • Lead and develop a team accountable for setting the long-term channel strategy for Dexcom's current and future product portfolio and developing policies/guidelines and processes, including order and inventory management. Position is responsible for ensuring product access and monitoring channel dynamics across e-commerce, retail and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) in partnership with the Channel Account teams.




Where you come in:



  • Develop key performance indicators to monitor and measure the impact of each channel as it aligns to the long-term distribution strategy and across managed markets and sales

  • Ensure operational excellence for order management in partnership with internal stakeholders, including contract management, logistics and distribution and forecasting and analytics

  • Support the negotiation of distribution, marketing and service contracts across all channels and measure the value of each program to drive access and adoption of CGM

  • Monitor inventory across each channel to meet customer demand, including purchasing patterns and channel trends to ensure product access

  • Evaluate new partners and novel distribution initiatives across all channels in partnership with Channel Account teams

  • Support quarterly business reviews and internal account performance updates across key channel accounts

  • Attends outside meetings or conferences, as appropriate, and assess competitive landscape to keep abreast of distribution trends, including new and existing trading partners both nationally or regionally that may impact distribution strategies




What makes you successful:



  • Relevant Pharma/MedTech industry trade experience in launching and sustaining products in traditional wholesale, retail and DME channels

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced growth environment, with track record of meeting financial objectives while maintaining agility

  • Experience developing channel programs, with proven success through complex contract negotiations

  • Deep comprehension of industry contractual terms, including data, services, discounts and pricing

  • Strong understanding of legislative, regulatory, financial, technical, and operational industry dynamics and challenges in the healthcare supply and value chains

  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including strong collaboration and communication skills

  • 25-50%




Experience and Education Requirements:



  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of industry experience

  • 13+ years of years of successful leadership experience in relevant industry
