Job Details:




SUMMARY:



This position is responsible for managing the daily clerical tasks within the Inventory Department of a Tyson-owned Distribution Center.


Key duties include addressing all PER issues for inbound and outbound loads, overseeing freezer audits, and directing the daily tasks of shift researchers.


The role also involves resolving outbound and inbound in-transit issues, preparing daily and weekly reports for the Inventory Manager, including Chep pallet cost re-work and PERs, backing up weekly WMS reports, setting up and billing out protein, and reconciling lost items and HOA.



Requirements:



Education: High School diploma or equivalent.


Experience: +6 months of office experience.


Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required, including generating simple letters and spreadsheets, and creating simple queries. Working knowledge of TDCWMS is required.


Travel: None.


Supervisory Responsibilities: None.


Other Requirements: Must be able to work flexible hours if needed for coverage. B-Shift hours are Monday-Friday, with possible Saturdays.
