We are looking for Crewing Coordinator to join our team at Lakeside Book Company. As the largest bookmaker in the United States, you will p rovide support to the binding lines and supervision to improve the opportunity for success by addressing issues that impede our daily operation. Previous machine operating experience is preferred, but we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful. Advancement opportunities are available!

Starting Rate: $23.30/hour
Hours: Mon-Thur, 6a-2p (North Plant)
Location: 2347 Kratzer Rd., Harrisonburg, VA 22802

As a Crewing Coordinator, you will:

• Develop master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet production and shipping deadlines.
• Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data to determine material and human resource requirements.
• Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
• Expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Perform other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

• Computer literacy preferred.
• Good organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to effectively lead and manage is also required.
