The Senior Business Systems Analyst leads high-performing, innovative, agile team that delivers robust, secure, leading-edge technology and is responsible for intake and requirements gathering related to configuration, integration, customization, testing, training, and post deployment support. This role has a focus on automation, simplification, user experience, and user experience design. Solutions leverage products such as: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Hyland OnBase, CS Gold, TouchNet, Marketo, Twilio, and more.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities


• Manage high-performing team that optimizes operational and strategic project intake services while incorporating a sense of belonging and ownership among team members.


• Lead and participate in multiple initiatives by completing and updating documentation, determining daily priorities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of tasks and milestones for team.


• Communicate with executive product owners and stakeholders as it relates to priorities, roadmap, and project status.


• Responsible for understanding the business and assisting non-technical users in defining business needs and prioritization.


• Communicate business directives, goals, and needs to the technical teams while managing user expectations and project priorities.


• Document business requirements, process workflows and any other results of business analysis gathering and obtains sign-off from the users on specifications.


• Analyze current business process and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Develop and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Create process models and design future state workflows.


• Ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that serve various levels of the organization. Ensure data accuracy, visualization, effectiveness, and alignment with business needs.


• Leads meetings for all levels of management for presentations, reviews, approvals of recommendations, etc.


• Advocate for the adoption of Scrum and Agile values, emphasizing continuous improvement, collaboration, and timely delivery. Ensure that projects align with requirements and follow best practices.


• Proactively support the team in adhering to Agile and Scrum frameworks. Serve as the backup Scrum master.


• Create user stories and acceptance criteria to articulate project requirements effectively.


• Partner closely with other IT teams, analysts, and project managers to work on projects and initiatives. Foster effective communication and alignment across teams.


• Plans and conducts testing such as quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).


• Responsible for coordinating and reconciling budgets to ensure that projects are within budget.


• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends (as necessary).


• Develops internal and external relationships for knowledge sharing. Attends professional meetings, workshops, conferences, and seminars.


Minimum Qualifications


Education:


Bachelor's degree in relevant field


Certification and Licensing:


International Institute of Business Analysis Agile Analysis Certification - IIBA AAC (preferred)


Experience:


• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, includes any combination of the following: CRM or marketing automation end user, system configuration, business analysis, project management, process improvement. Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered


• Working in a fast-paced environment while managing simultaneous projects


• Higher education business processes (preferred)


• Agile background (preferred)


Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills both oral and written


• Work independently and in a collaborative environment


• Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail


• Organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines


• Working knowledge of Smartsheet, Lucid Chart (preferred)
