A Miami based general contractor are looking to hire a Project Manager to join their project management team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with a superb track record of developing talent from within, as well as the chance to work on high-profile construction projects. 30+ years of experience, this general contractor is seeking professionals who have a strong background in either retail, residential, restaurant or interiors construction.



Your new role


As a Project Manager you will provide project management support to the Project Management team. The projects that you will be working on would primarily be ground up or interior renovation projects across the Dade / Broward area. The size of projects usually ranges in between $1m - $10m range.



What you'll need to succeed


B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience. 5-15 Years.


Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office, PROCORE.


Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.


Strong sense of urgency with the ability to react quickly to complex issues.


Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to confidently and decisively take action.


Leader with excellent communication skills.



What you'll get in return
