Reporting to Manager, Client Management, this role requires a deep understanding of McKesson Plasma & Biologics business objectives, industry, and challenges. Acting as the main point of contact for our internal clients addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Services, Account Managers, Onboarding, Product Access, Full Line, and others to deliver solutions. Attending regular Stakeholder meetings, check-ins, and team meetings, providing regular bi-weekly updates to leadership. Gathers feedback and identifies opportunities for process improvement. Able to think outside of the box for solutions. Understands the restrictions set forth by Government, GPO Prohibition, Manufacture, and other outside sources that impact the business. The ability to manage workload without assigned to do lists and navigate across the various functions of the business. Having a robust knowledge of Excel is vital as much of the position works in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for Account accuracy across all MPB and MPB specific coding accuracy across all extended accounts. Including but not limited to; discounts/markups a customers might receive, grouping customers together for spend calculations, validating COT, determining correct business unit, and base contract pricing.

  • Serves as first point of contact for day-to-day issues by maintaining the MPB Support Services mailbox, ensure all concerns are addressed and resolved.

  • Plays a crucial role in the integrity of the Accounts by preforming account integrity audits regularly.

  • Go-to person for 340B challenges holding a certificate in 340B University and manages the GPO rosters.

  • Account Coding Expert working and triaging all Tickets/Task coming through the C4C ticketing system.

  • Acts as a backup for Pricing, WAC updates, and Cost of Goods updates when the Pricing Manager is out of office or during high volume periods. These are analytical analysis and system updates that impact the company.

  • Helps with large Onboardings that may require MPB Specific Accounts to ensure timely delivery during the Account Setup process.

  • Assist Account Manager in Unaffiliated quarterly audits.

  • Assist Account Managers in maintaining the integrity of accounts by aiding in quarterly audit updates.

  • Overseas the termination process for non-ordering accounts

  • Provides ideas for process improvement.

  • Additional duties as assigned by Manager, Support Services as needed by business unit.

  • Provides updates in Biweekly team meetings to leadership, Attends Stakeholder meetings regularly.




Minimum Requirement



Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.



Critical Skills:



  • Strong Excel Skills (90% of the work is in Excel)

  • Excellent and proven problem-solving skills.

  • Must be able to prioritize and manage workload with timely and professional responses with little direction.

  • 2 or more years of experience in related field.

  • Strong Presentation/Communication skills, project and process management skills.

  • Ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to think outside the box and confident in expressing ideas, strong strategic and creative abilities.

  • 340B University Certification to be obtained within 6 month or acceptance of position.

  • Working knowledge of SAP




Additional Skills:



  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

  • Knowledge of C4C/Smartsheet/Sales Force a plus




Working Conditions:



  • Traditional Office environment

  • Able to work from home.

  • Able to go into the office at least once a month with potential to be required to be in office daily.

  • 10% travel

Our Base Pay Range for this position



$52,700 - $87,900
