Transports inbound and outbound loads of finished products, bulk cheese, cheese drums and boxes and other necessary supplies or equipment to and from Monett plant lot and docks.
Support bulk cooler attendants with unloading process of bulk items.
Support shipping attendants with loading process of finished product.
Performs safety and maintenance inspection of vehicle, reports problems and makes necessary arrangements for correction or repair
Keeps accurate records of trailers at the Monett facility, including lot checks. Coordinate trailer needs for each department.
Any and all other duties as assigned by the Team Advisor/Team Leader
Responsible for proper housekeeping in work area and proper sanitation of equipment while operating it
Work with leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner safety
What you need to succeed
High School Diploma – G.E.D.
Must have a Class “A” CDL (General Knowledge and Air Brake Exam) and pass road test
Ability to pass an ICC physical every two years and a vision test every year
Ability to develop an excellent working relationship with personnel
Must have a general mechanical knowledge of a semi-tractor in order to troubleshoot problem areas
Ability to perform all duties with minimal supervision
Ability to handle a moderate amount of paperwork
Ability to perform all duties of the Shipping and Bulk Attendant
Relieve the Shipping and Bulk Attendant as requested.
Must have an absenteeism rate of 3% or less, commendable or better record in teamwork and overall job performance and have no disciplinary action.

Wage: Production 02-USA-SWMO 2A ($21.86-$26.05 base wage) 24-MONTH PROGRESSION
