Position Summary: Work to master operational/technical and leadership requirements of all operational positions within the assigned team. Must maintain timely progress through assigned operational training. Must flexibly perform a variety of roles in a team-based environment. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1 st strategy. Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles. Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or GED
Must demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance including participation in rotational scheduling
