Position Summary:
Work to master operational/technical and leadership requirements of all operational positions within the assigned team. Must maintain timely progress through assigned operational training. Must flexibly perform a variety of roles in a team-based environment. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1 st strategy. Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

    Desired Previous Job Experience:

    • 1 year of experience in food/beverage manufacturing
    • Technician Level 1
    Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • High School diploma or GED
    • Must demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance including participation in rotational scheduling
    • Highly self-motivated, with ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
    • Effective problem-solving ability
    • Active listening skills
    • Effective oral/written communication skills
    • Positive, approachable demeanor
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and readily adapt to change
    • Basic reading (comprehension) and math skills (counting, addition and subtraction)
