As a Specialist, Fleet Programs at RXO, you’ll be responsible for managing the administration related to the vehicle fleet belonging to RXO’s Corporate structure. These responsibilities are centered on the process of fulfillment, including vehicle assignment, scheduling deliveries, inspections, licensing, renewals and administration as per local legislation.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Monitor and track vehicle fleet using RXO’s fleet systems


• Process rental invoices in support of vehicle fleet


• Work in coordination with all state and federal laws to ensure RXO fleet maintains regulatory compliance


• Professionally communicate with internal partners and external clients throughout


• Monitor aging inventory and service to ensure departmental KPIs are met


• Monitor and track vehicles’ logistics requests, resolving issues and communicating with all parties


• Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with vendor network

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 1 year of fleet, accounting experience and/or logistics/transportation experience


• Basic knowledge of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

It’d be great if you also have:

• Ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel and the ability to create queries in company software applications


• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality


• Demonstrated attention to detail
