Responsibilities

SUMMARY

The role of an Office Administrator is to support the administrative and clerical needs of management. This role will be primarily responsible for answering customer calls from Puttery and Drive Shack locations on the weekends and nights. This role will report to VP of Human Resources.


THE ROLE


  • Responsible for answering the Puttery and Drive Shack Regional phone lines at the scheduled time primarily at the Corporate office, with one or more days working at The Colony Puttery.

  • Will support The Colony venue administratively as needed, specifically while present, but also during times at the Corporate office.

  • Responsible for understanding the Puttery and Drive Shack FAQ to respond with accurate information to our customers when calling the Regional Phone Line.

  • Facilitate communication between guests, sales, and venue leaders

    • Help navigate customers to sales and venue as appropriate

    • Direct large party inquiry to venue sales

    • Help customers navigate direct booking and walk-in inquiries



  • Support Venue leaders as needed to maintain customer support and operational needs.

  • Support Human Resources and Payroll through various administrative tasks.

  • Perform other duties as requested by management


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Work experience in support or administrative setting preferred

  • Must be friendly, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment

  • Strong math and verbal skills, as well as the ability to communicate and read in English

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Work schedule varies and will include working on days, nights, holidays, and weekends

  • Organizational, teamwork, and multi-tasking skills a must
