Req MA or equiv in Civil Eng or rel & 1 yr exp incldg non-destruct tests w/GPR/Schmidt hamm/ Proceq Profometer; struct analyz+design compos/steel structs/retain walls; struct stress+failure analyz; site dvlpmnt+ struct plans; deep found design w/helical pile; excav analyz+design; Autocad/ Inventor/ETABS.
