A 50+ year old Rocky Mountain focused General Contractor with a Portfolio of Projects ranging from Ground Up, Multi-Family to Wider Commercial builds.

Your New Role

Working from the Grand Junction Office but covering Projects across the Rockies, you will hold end to end responsibility for project oversight and delivery while ensuring on time and on budget. You will work closely with field personnel to adhere to schedules and interface with the client to ensure they are updated and satisfied.


You will periodically report to internal stakeholders and provide updates while maintaining a professional relationship that will encourage repeat business from the client.


Currently, there is a need for either Ground Up Multi-Family or Hospitality experience.


What you'll need to succeed

• Will have experience as a Project Manager delivering Ground Up Multi-Family or GU Hospitality Projects


• Projects of $20M+


• Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills


• Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave projects


• An understanding of Colorado building regs and laws
