The Organization Change Management Director will lead and manage the organizational change management (OCM) function, focusing on driving the successful implementation of transformational programs. This high profile role, reporting to the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs, involves developing and executing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. The Director will work closely with senior leadership and project teams to ensure that changes are implemented effectively, and the organization achieves its desired outcomes.

This individual will be responsible for managing a growing team of OCM professionals to deliver the intended results of transformational, people dependent change.

Major Duties

Leadership and Strategy:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for transformational programs.

  • Lead a team of change management professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align change management strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

Change Management Execution:


  • Conduct change impact analyses, assess organizational readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to adopt new processes.

  • Create and implement resistance management plans to address and mitigate employee concerns.

Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and project managers.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all aspects of change management.

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to promote understanding and buy-in for change initiatives.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of change management efforts.

  • Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of change management practices.

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in change management.

Knowledge/Skills & Experience Required:


  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale organizational change initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
