Job Description:

As a Partner Account Specialist, you will oversee the technical implementation, operations, and day-to-day workflows for partner campaigns. You will be responsible for partner testing strategy and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure we are executing best practices with our partner traffic. You will be the expert on partner web traffic key performance indicators (KPIs) to quickly identify when they aren't being met and provide solutions. In addition, you will manage and strategize the partner traffic UX from impression to lead submit (and beyond, where possible) to ensure a seamless experience.


Job duties may include, but are not limited to:


  • Support the technical implementation, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of A/B display tests across all partner campaigns.


  • Work with Account Managers to monitor top-funnel conversion metrics across all partner campaigns, looking for opportunities to gain incremental leads by testing/optimizing or correcting placement issues.


  • Oversee and align brand messaging across all partner campaigns. This includes regular placement updates for performance as well as compliance.


  • Coordinate cross-team meetings for campaign performance reviews, creative brainstorms, testing strategy discussions, etc. This includes sharing knowledge with production for better cohesion between Lead Generation and Origination.


  • Perform administrative tasks which will include but are not limited to preparing and entering data for campaign performance reviews, reporting and reconciling discrepancies in delivery data, and monitoring for environmental changes across partner display units.


  • Support operations and day-to-day workflows of assigned accounts. This includes campaign onboarding, suppression list management, asset management, and maintaining reporting structures.


  • Responsible for employee actions, including staffing, performance management, and development.


  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.

  • Proficient with web-based efficiency tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides etc)


  • Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company


  • Regular and predictable attendance


  • Ability to work on-site in a Columbia, MO office location
