LB&B Associates, a diversified services company, is seeking an Operating Engineer to work on our Facilities Maintenance contract at the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse at 40 Centre St. in New York, NY. Working Days/Hours for this position: Sunday and Monday 12am-8am / Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 4pm-12am. Hourly Pay Rate: $49.98 per hour.


Must have a minimum of six (6) years experience and ability to maintain boilers, chillers as well as all support equipment. Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air handlers, VAV components, and various HVAC equipment and building systems.

Qualified candidates must possess and maintain the following:

• 
  FDNY Certificate of Qualification - Q01 Refrigeration Engineer
  


• 
  CFC Universal Certification
  


• 
  NYS Refrigeration Operators License
  


• 
  Certificate of Fitness for Stand Pipe/Sprinkler/Fire Pump
  

Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent required.
