Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

-Your new company-

This role is for people who want to join a company that "does the right thing." This company's culture really sets them apart. I will tell you more about that when you apply. Here are the essentials: This national, well-established, high-profile, full-integrated, residential real estate firm is growing and there is no stopping them. With operations in every metro area, this firm is looking to take advantage of the current economic challenges and make decisions that allow them to grow dynamically. With more than 35 properties in Boston alone, this company is here to provide homes for the people who need them most. With an in-house development, property management, and construction arm, this company can make decisions much faster than your typical resin construction firm. Because of the amount of work to be done in Boston, this firm is hiring a new Project Manager to oversee in-unit renovations across their portfolio.

-Your new role-

As a Project Manager with this firm, you will be talked with overseeing multiple apartment renovations projects at any given time. You will be based in Boston and will report back to your Director, who actually sits in NYC. As a local Boston representative, you will have oversight of your projects, but will not be left to sink or swim. There are multiple PMs and SPMs that are there to lend you a helping hand. This position will be focused on apartment renovation & turnover rather than on capital works projects like lobbies or facades. Nope, this here is a true residential renovation job and that is one of the most in-demand skill sets out there!

-What you'll need to succeed-

  • 2-4+ years' experience in the construction industry

  • Relevant construction-related degree preferred (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, etc.)

  • Experience with residential renovations

  • Local Boston construction experience

  • Must be tech-savvy!

-What you'll get in return-

  • Join a company with an awesome, inclusive culture

  • Fast-track your project management career

  • Robust compensation (full benefits package)

  • 15% bonus!

  • Be as autonomous as you would like, but know the support is there if you need it!

  • Benefit from a large pipeline of work (aka job stability!)
