Our client is currently seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician to join their healthcare team. As a PM&R Physician, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and evaluating the medical practice delivery model in alignment with the mission and vision of our client. Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality medical services to patients, rounding, consultations, and collaborating with the facility's leadership, staff, and other practitioners.


To be considered for this position, you should possess an M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school, a current state medical license, and successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency training program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Current certification or active participation in the examination process leading to certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is preferred. Prior experience as a Medical Director or in a leadership role is also preferred.


In addition to these qualifications, you should have strong verbal, cognitive, and numerical abilities. You should be able to express ideas and views effectively when speaking to groups, hospital managers, and personnel, gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and evaluate reports and programs against both judgmental and verifiable criteria, and evaluate statistical data and make various computations for planning departmental operations and budget.
